Full Bed-Veneer Stone
Full-Bed Veneer Stone is natural stone installed at its traditional full depth, typically ranging from approximately 3½ to 5 inches thick. Unlike natural thin veneer, full-bed stone retains its natural depth and mass, creating deep shadow lines, substantial texture, and the authentic appearance of traditional stone masonry.
Full-bed veneer is supported by a masonry foundation or structural ledge and is commonly used on home exteriors, fireplaces, columns, entryways, retaining features, and other architectural applications where the depth and character of full-size natural stone are desired.
Natural Thin Veneer
Natural Thin Veneer (NTV) is real natural stone that has been cut to a thinner, lighter profile for use as a non-load-bearing veneer. It provides the authentic color, texture, variation, and durability of full-bed natural stone while reducing weight and simplifying installation. Corner pieces are cut in L-shaped profiles, creating the appearance of full-bed-depth stone at outside corners and giving the finished installation the authentic look of traditional full-depth masonry.
